The materials worked include: stainless steel, ordinary steel and aluminium. We prepare offers based on technical drawings. It is also possible to work on materials supplied by a customer as well as on our resources. Laser cutting is a modern machining method with dimensional parameters similar to traditional mechanical machining. A basic difference is a cutting agent used, which in the event of laser cutting is a hot laser flame and high purity technical gas. Depending on the device used (mostly its power) cutting is performed in three ways: combustion, melting or sublimation method.

Laser cutting is one of the most modern machining methods which enables cutting elements from steel and stainless steel sheets as well as aluminium, titanium, brass and copper. This technology, owing to high cutting speed allows for obtaining very high material edge quality. Thus, it is possible to obtain elements which do not require further time-consuming machining. The process includes state-of-the-art software and digital controlling which contributes to excellent accuracy of 0.1 mm.

Laser cutting allows for saving time and material. This method provides a possibility of the most effective distribution of the elements cut out what facilitates maximum material use. Thus, manufacturing costs are lowered.
